I can't say enough good things about the Santa Rosa realtor that I partnered with to help me flip a house in Santa Rosa at 895 Quietwater Ridge. They were the seller’s agent when I purchased the Santa Rosa home and I hired them to be my seller’s agent when I listing it for sale. My experience with Jeff and his wife was more than just a typical real estate transaction. Jeff & I became quasi-business partners in getting the house ready to list and I gave him the numbers that I needed and he gave me an honest assessment of what it would take to update the house. He pinpointed exactly what updates to do to make it market ready and maximize profit. He was the point person to handle all the subs and was willing to work with me on commission if we went below what I needed to make the project work. Fortunately, we got a full-price offer with no contingencies which is an indication that Jeff & Tracey were right on the money about what updates to do to stimulate an offer. I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, most are just hungry for their commission and do the minimum effort to get it. But every now and then I've been fortunate enough to come across a realtor who has the mentality that this is their business and they approach each person with that mind-set. We first worked with Tracey and Jeff in 2009 when looking for a rental home for our daughter who was then living in a rental that would have 2 inches of water in the living room when it rained. They found us a home that was unbelievably priced at the time, it has more than doubled in value, and my daughter's rent went down substantially as a result. Some minor remodeling was all that was needed to improve it substantially. In 2010 we decided to get another rental for a long time employee and it has been perfect in every way for her with some minor remodeling. It has almost doubled in value. In 2013 we decided to buy a more expensive rental home near Memorial Hospital and once again they found us a perfect home, my daughter now lives there and is tickled. Even that home is worth about 40% more. In 2014 my wife's sister moved back to Santa Rosa and wanted a home under $450,000 within walking distance of Downtown with three bedrooms and about 1500 square feet I told her that her chances were zero but to give Jeff and Tracey the job of finding it. Of course they did find one and my sister in law couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a team to find you that perfect fit, even at a price that might be questionable they are the ones for the job. Fantastic people who do a fantastic job. Can't recommend them highly enough.
